Supplylink will arrange meetings for Buyers and Sellers in a designated venue for them to network with other companies and present their products or services.

GUIDELINES
STEP 1 (SELECTION)
- Secretariat releases survey form to members to know their interest to meet suppliers during the conference
- Secretariat invites potential sellers (preferably SME's) to register in the Buyer - Seller meeting
STEP 2 (MATCHING)
- Secretariat will match the registered sellers to other pre-registered buyers and members based on the survey
- Also upon pre-registration to Supplylink 2008, participants can select suppliers they want to meet
STEP 3 (MEETING)
- Upon registration during Supplylink 2008, Secretariat issues a meeting schedule to the participant
- Secretariat reminds participants during the conference of their meeting schedule
STEP 4 (MONITORING)
- Supplylink Committee monitors and facilitates the progress of the appointment
